Group ownership makes sense, allowing an individual to afford the purchase of a high calibur thoroughbred, spread expenses in some cases, or share in the profits of more than one horse.  You can invest as little as $1,000.00.  Your ownership percentage is the amount invested proportionate to the cost of the horse purchased by your partnership.

Rewards vs Risk

Thoroughbred racing is a highly speculative venture. As an owner you become part of the professional sport of horse racing. The potential for enormous financial rewards, not to mention the thrill of standing in the winners circle, is all part of the experience.

Privileges

As a licensed race horse owner, you will receive grounds entry and stable access at Finger Lakes Race Track. Guest passes for your family, friends, and business associates will be provided on the days your horse is racing.

Financials

We organize and manage our racing partnerships in a professional manner. You will receive monthly profit & loss statements with copies of every cost incurred by your partnership(s).  Year end balance sheets and K1 partnership statements for tax returns are prepared and filed by an outside accounting firm.
